Darshan Intensive | with OM C. Parkin
Teacher of the Silent Tradition
Fri – Sun, 15 – 17 March 2024 | Gut Saunstorf Monastery
This extended weekend, consisting of four Darshans with OM, gives you the opportunity to be close to yourself in introspection with a wisdom teacher.
Darshan is the direct vision of the divine. It is an invitation to listen attentively and receptively with our hearts.
It is a simple, intense, natural encounter, awake and in stillness. Everyone is welcome to ask questions, or to communicate. OM’s responses speak from uncompromising truth, opening a way of seeing and sinking deeper.
_____
These days will begin with a guided chi practice. You will gain an insight into the basics of gross and subtle bodywork as they are taught in this monastery.
Excerpt of a Darshan “Unfullfilled Desires vs. Life as a Desire of God”:
“The unconditional recognition of the One Truth demands an unconditional passion for the
truth.“
OM C. Parkin
“I remember my first Darshan and OM’s initial greeting very well: A very warm welcome!
This heartfelt welcome was an invitation for me in a way that I had never experienced before and still experience today: deep intimacy with myself, with the teacher and the people in the room.
In this encounter with the teacher, everything is allowed to be as it is. Without restriction.
The teacher meets me, explores my misunderstandings together with me, clarification happens and the trembling heart opens up. Healing takes place.”
Guidance
OM C. Parkin
The spiritual master OM C. Parkin speaks the language of our hearts. As a wisdom teacher and philosopher, he teaches access to the Great Stillness in the tradition of Ramana Maharshi across all confessions. He embodies the union between the Eastern Non-Duality teaching (advaita) and Christian mysticism. He serves the awakening path of the human being and accompanies students on their way back to the core of their true being.
